Dio - A Decade Of Dio: 1983-1993 download flac mp3

I just received my copy of this boxet but instead of "A decade of dio: 1989-1993", the title on the cover front reads "Ten years of dio: 1983-1993" but in the spine it reads "a decade of dio: 1983-1993".. everything else is the same. same matrix / runout, SID and all identifiers matches the release listed here in discogs, even the sticker.. anyway. Does anyone has any info on that ? hope this is not a bootleg version..

Excellent packaging and the pressing quality of each record is pretty good. I suspect the source is the remastered digital version of each respective record, but they are done well. Each record comes with the original inner-sleeve but the record itself is placed in a generic poly-lined sleeve (pleasant surprise). Love this box set. I wish the records were all from a pure analogue source, but I'm happy with it. I hope they make a second box set with the last four albums and maybe include a live album or something (A boy can dream...).

The same here Bobby! No inner in The Last In Line. Anyway this is a fine DIO Box, LOVE IT!

CD version has gone out of press very quickly! No current plans to repress as of 11/01/17.

I have noticed most of the vinyl have some marks, they are not in mint condition, specially "strange highways vinyl". Could anyone please check their copies? thanks

i have some mark too. But Strange Highways play very well.

Same here, had a mark/scratch on Strange Highways on side two, and Lock up the Wolves has some marks, the other albums are ok.

I've run into the same problem. Sacred Heart has a giant scratch across side two. All of the records in the set are extremely noisy (except for the 7" - go figure). Lock Up The Wolves and Strange Highways are so bad as to be nearly unlistenable. Why on earth does Rhino keep pressing stuff with Rainbo? They consistently suck! What makes this extra tragic is that the vinyl mastering seems to be a lot better than the CDs - I'm seeing DRs of 11-12 for the LPs. Too bad the pressings are horrible.

Look like Rainbo Records pressed these, looking at the run out info. They are notorious for bad pressings, marks on records, scratches, noisy vinyl and no-fill (zipper like sounds). Don't know why Rhino keeps using them, other than cost.

I have original inner sleeves in every album except in Last In Line... Is that common or does my copy of the box is an exception? Can anybody answer? Otherwise vinyls sound great and I am very happy to have this box set.

I have the same Last In Line . No inner sleeve.

'Last in line' does not comes with the printed inner sleeve for this box actually, mine is missing too.

Just sharing here since I was able to confirm - this does not include any download codes for MP3 copies. Just thought I'd share here.

I find Lock Up The Wolves a bit lacking in bottom end, other than that they sound fantastic. I don't have noisy pressings like most others seem to have, maybe a bad first batch? Maybe those with noisy pressings need new styluses? I think they sound great.

Every record has the lyric sheet but "last in line" because the original doesnt have one its just pics of the band!! Hope this helped you out.Drew

Sound quality is excellent! Got this as a birthday present. Has original inner sleeves, though Last In Line doesn't have. Don't know is that the case with whole press or just mine but sound wise I have no complaints!

What about the custom inner sleeves for each album?, I read something bad about it, 'cause someone said 'Last in line' doesn't comes with a custom inner, but I don't know really.

I think they sound great! Side A of Dream Evil is a little hot, but even the original was like that. Everything else sound really good to my ears.

Thanks. What is the sound quality on the vinyl compared to the originals? Or just do they sound good? I wanted to get this since i am missing a few of these albums.
